Do you offer free shipping or local delivery?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders of $79 or more. Orders under $79 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99.
Free local delivery may also be available in select areas, including Pickering, Ajax, Markham and Whitby. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm whether your address qualifies.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, along with clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
