Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada.

Processing time
Orders are carefully prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches or periods of high order volume.

Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders of $150 CAD or more. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 CAD applies to orders under $150 CAD.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery generally takes 3–10 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions and shipping carrier delays.

Order tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
Tiny Bloom Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photographs of the package and item so we can assist you.
